I was kicked by Justin, then I'd've like to know why did he do that, after that he has teleported me into Denetion Room for 10 minutes without saying a word.
As the doesn't want to tell me the reason, then maybe I will ask here what rule I have broken.

There is no a rule that asking for explaining is breaking rules.

And I saw the first time that killing in school is prohibated.
There is no safe-zone. So if this rule in force than add it in "Rules" and make all school as a safe-zone.

You've been around TWC and HPANF long enough to know that it is a safe zone. There is a bug the prevents the safe zone toggle from working properly if you relog in the castle. This is going to be fixed, HOWEVER, all safe zone kills are punishable if the person you attacked requests it.

I have also explained this to you many times before.
