So, Rotem and I had to make a TON of core changes to the source the last update. This was required not only for server stability and to rid of ancient inefficient code, but it was to prep the server for a bigger update.
Now, this isn't just an update of bug fixes and interface changes. This is what I'd call a "content" update. Meaning spells, quests, and the rest of the additions are secret due to the intensity of the content. Come on, we need to keep you guys guessing. xP.
Back to the point. The server will be down for a SHORT while so Rotem and I can sort out the spell issue, and several other parts of the code that are buggy now due to massive changes.
I do have a general question for you all that's just for feedback. We're not doing this, bit I am curious as to how the community would react if we did.
I was thinking we could just wipe SPELLS only. I feel like the time being spent into restoring spells has been too great and we could make a better impact with content updates if we spend that time working on the big update.
There was only a few spells taught in that period, so you wouldn't be missing a whole lot. As for classes, I'll be trying to get a set schedule setup for all of you so that you know when you can expect them.
